Lately I’ve just been following A’s lead when it comes to books.
These have been on repeat for the past 3 weeks and I’m not exaggerating when I say we’ve read them hundreds of times.
• “Wow! Said the Owl” – Tim Hopgood
• “Blue and Other Colours” – Henri Matisse
→ the ones that really helped colours click

• “Squares and Other Shapes” – Josef Albers
→ this is where shapes started to make sense

• “Around the World” & “Nature” – British Museum
→ so many new words, and he actually engages with them

• “Hands Can” – Cheryl Willis Hudson
→ real photos, simple, he’s been obsessed with this one

• “Things That Go” – Cohen & Dale Scott
→ his current favourite, especially for speech

I’ve put a new set of books out, so it’ll be interesting to see what sticks this time.
